Anthony White

Anthony White is an artist, community advocate, and board member of the Lillian Miller Foundation, which supports advancing educational opportunities for LGBTQIA+ youth. White received his BFA from Cornish College of the Arts in 2018 and is represented by Greg Kucera Gallery. He’s received multiple grants and awards including the Seattle Art Museum’s Betty Bowen Award, the Neddy at Cornish Painting Award, and an Artist Trust Fellowship Award. In 2024, Seattle Magazine named him one of the city’s “Most Influential People.” His solo exhibitions include shows at Greg Kucera Gallery, Public Gallery, Seattle Art Museum, and the Sarah Spurgeon Gallery (Central Washington University). He has exhibited work at the U.S. Embassy, Bridgetown, Barbados; Municipal Hall of La Pasión, Valladolid, Spain; König Galerie; the Henry Art Gallery; among others. His work is in the permanent collections of the Frye Art Museum, Crocker Art Museum, Seattle Art Museum, Figge Art Museum, and many private collections.
